Attic Conversions
Turn your walk-up attic or shell into a bonus room, primary suite, home office, or media space. We utilize the convertible space your builder already framed for you. Starting at $50,000.
Basement Finishing
Convert an unfinished daylight or walk-out basement into a full second living area, theater room, guest suite, wet bar, home gym, or a legal ADU with separate entry. We handle moisture management, egress, insulation, and all mechanical rough-ins as part of the build. Starting at $50,000.

Possibly — but a walk-up staircase is the single best indicator of conversion potential. If you have pull-down stairs, we can often retrofit a permanent staircase as part of the conversion, though this adds to the project scope. We’ll walk through the feasibility during your free consultation.
