How It Works

In-Home Assessment

We visit your home, access the attic space, and evaluate roof pitch, floor joist capacity, HVAC access points, and egress options. You'll know within 30 minutes whether your attic is a strong conversion candidate and what it will cost.

Scope, Design & Permit

We develop the detailed scope of work, pull all building permits with the City of Franklin, Metro Nashville, or Williamson County, and schedule your project start date. All permits are in our name — TN GC License #76500.

Build & Complete

Our crew builds out the space — framing, insulation, HVAC, electrical, drywall, trim, and finish — to your exact specifications. We don't close out until every detail is right.
