AG Developers Inc is a Nashville-based construction company specializing in converting underutilized space into finished living areas. We focus on attic conversions, basement and garage conversions, and ADU additions for homeowners across Franklin, Brentwood, Nashville, Mt. Juliet, and Hendersonville. We’re not a generalist remodeler who also does attics — this is our specialty, and it’s all we do.
What's the Process of Working With Us
About The Owner
Aaron Gray has been building in Middle Tennessee for 13 years. A Nashville native, he left to earn his degree from the University of Alabama. He now has a passion for taking underutilized space and turning it into something people actually use and love. As a licensed Residential General Contractor (TN License #76500), Aaron personally oversees every project from the first site visit through final walkthrough. His specialty is turning current spaces, whether that is land or unused space inside an existing home, into livable space designed specifically for the owner.
