Feasibility & Design
We assess your garage's structure, determine ADU eligibility if applicable under Franklin's 2025 zoning or Davidson County overlay rules, and design the finished space around your intended use.

Structural & Mechanical Prep
Insulation, HVAC installation, electrical upgrade to living-space standard, and any structural reinforcement happen before finish work begins — setting the foundation for a properly conditioned space.

Full Finish Build-Out
Drywall, flooring, trim, lighting, and all finish work to turn a raw garage into a fully livable, code-compliant space. If converting to ADU, we complete all final inspections and occupancy sign-offs.
